The Executive Board is the legislative and administrative body of the Union. The Executive Board is responsible to and for the general supervision, management and conducts of the Union’s business, funds and property. The Board also carries out the provisions of the CUPE Constitution and By-Laws of the Local and adopts, subject to membership approval, policies and measures calculated to advance and protect the rights, interest and welfare of the Union and its members.
The Table Officers oversee the day-to-day functions of the Local and are accountable to the membership.

Zone Officers are responsible to the members in their zone. Their duties include ensuring that the collective agreement is enforced, providing assistance to members of the bargaining unit in the preparation of legitimate grievances, representing the wishes of their members at Executive Board, welcoming new employees, and encouraging all employees to participate in the Union.
